FAQ
Rose orders

Do you do bouquets?
No, I sell only individual roses at this time.

You mention Rose Blooms, what do you mean?
Rose Blooms are the top flower part of the rose.

What size are the rose blooms?
Roses made from 2 1/2" ribbon will make 3 1/2" to 4 1/2" inch wide rose blooms, and Roses made from 1 1/2" ribbon will make 2 1/2" to 3 1/2" rose blooms.

How long are the stems?
All my handmade Roses are on approximately 6 inch wire stems, but the customer can request longer stems, or shorter at no extra charge.

Are the stems flexible?
Yes, they can be.  Roses are made from 18 gauge wire, then wrapped with floral tape
If you prefer rigid stems, just ask.

If I give you a sample of material or paint, can you match it?
I work exclusively with Lion Ribbon at this time, and if they have a color close to it, then yes I can match it.  You as my customer, will make the final determination before the sale.

Do you do funeral pieces like crosses, seasonal blankets, hearts?
Yes, I have exterior ribbon that I use for pieces such as these.  Please check with the cemetery office prior to placing your order.  All cemeteries are different, some allow what others do not.  Make sure to ask them if FOAM and RIBBON are allowed.

You mentioned handling the roses carefully,  What do you mean?
Handle the roses the same as you would a real rose.  When moving it, or rearranging the bouquet you would never pick up a real rose by the petals, same holds true for ribbon roses.

How will they arrive?
Your roses will arrive laying flat in a box enclosed with tissue paper to minimize movement to protect the blooms.

Will they come with a vase?
No.  A vase will only be provided if that was specified at the time of order.

Can they be cleaned?
Only lightly dusted with a feather duster or dry towel wiped gently.  If there has been a liquid spill, no they are not machine washable and will come apart in the washing machine.

What payment types do you accept?
Cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal
